I’m AFAB and haven’t had any gender surgeries but had adenomyosis and a hysterectomy for that before I knew I was trans. I don’t have a cervix and can’t get pregnant yet every time I go to an ED or have a surgery they try to take a pregnancy test.

I’m non-binary and on T, and I hope to have surgery soon, but I know it would be such a relief to people with repro issues that have had hysterectomy or other surgeries that might affect if they need a smear or what birth control services or testing they need done. AFAB and woman means little given the after-market conditions most human beings find their bodies in.
